
Michelle
Brown is a real estate and church lawyer who has been practicing law
for 16 years. She is a partner at the law firm of Williamson and
Brown in San Diego, California.
Ms. Brown is also a licensed real estate broker. Her practice focus
is on providing real estate services and advice for her clients. She
has counseled many real estate developers and commercial investors
with the resolution of disputes affecting real property as well as
handling transactions involving the acquisition and sale or
financing and development of real property.
Ms. Brown also has substantial
experience in estate planning matters and routinely drafts wills and
trusts together with durable powers of attorney. She also assists
her clients with trust administration and accounting. Additionally,
she is retained to represent family members in probate/elder law
matters that involve probate litigation or the establishment of a
conservatorship.
Ms. Brown is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego.
She commenced her studies in the pre-med program at Revelle College.
After studying linguistics, literature and international law for a
year at Scotland’s University of Edinburgh, she returned to UCSD and
completed her studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1982.
With a brief stint in the mortgage banking business and real estate
sales, Ms. Brown moved to Sacramento and attended McGeorge School of
Law (University of the Pacific) where she earned her law degree. |

In addition to her busy professional life, Ms. Brown devotes herself
to her three children Kevin, Kimberly and Kyle who have attended
Horizon Christian School and Church for the past four years. Prior
to that, Michelle and her children attended Emmanuel Faith in
Escondido, California. She has served the children’s ministry by
volunteering as a scout leader for both the boy and girl scouts, by
acting as “team mom” for the sport’s programs and by working in the
children’s classrooms.
