CA based ministries will be bound by all California statutes and cases and by all Federal statutes and U.S. Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit cases. Out-of-state ministries are not bound by California law, but may find the analysis of these laws helpful in protecting their ministries. Federal statutes are controlling nationwide as are U.S. Supreme Court cases.


Everyone is subject to the governing authorities. The authorities that exist are appointed by God. Whoever resists authority resists the ordinance of God.
